The New So Honbu Dojo’s First Sakimukai Cup

                                           

On May 2nd the So Honbu dojo in Jacksonville, FL had its first In-House Tournament in the new Dojo.  The children and adults  gathered for a day of competition.　　

Soke was the tournament chairman, Dojocho was the tournament advisor and So-Shihan was the tournament director.  Shihan C. Harb was the chief referee and Shidoin D. Gillespie was the assistant chief referee for the tournament which began at 10am with the children’s divisions.  Adult divisions began at the end of the children’s Kumite.  The tournament ran very smoothly and many students and parents commented that they are looking forward to the next tournament.

Soke, Dojocho and So-Shihan would to congratulate all the winners and to say thank you to everyone who helped make the tournament a success.
